Open Enrollment is May 14-28

You will be able to enroll in benefits from Wednesday, May 14 through Wednesday, May 28 for benefits effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

The 2025-26 plan year is a Passive Enrollment. If you do not wish to make any changes to your benefits, your elections will roll over into the new plan year, with the exception of the Health FSA, Dependent Care and Limited FSA plans. If you wish to participate in any of the FSA plans, you MUST take action and enroll during open enrollment. HSA is open to elect, change or waive year-round.

What’s new for the 2025/2026 plan year?

  • Starting in the 2025/2026 plan year, we will be transitioning our medical insurance carrier from Health Plans Inc. to Aetna. While the carrier is changing, you will still have access to continued quality care and comprehensive coverage.
  • Deductibles, coinsurance (silver only), and out-of-pocket maximums are increasing on the Gold and Silver plans. These adjustments are necessary to ensure the sustainability of our health plans and to continue providing comprehensive coverage amidst rising healthcare costs. Please review the Open Enrollment guide for further details.
  • IRS limits for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) have increased for 2025. Please review the benefits guide for further details.
